It's a NO from me!

If you are looking for external permission or validation to say no to something well here it is... Say it, say no, now, go on! You don't even have to give a reason if you don't want to especially if that reason is that you just don't want to. That is so okay.
Off the back of the news lately around these incredible athletes saying actually, no, i don't want to keep going, i need to prioritise my mental health. I can not stress enough how much you are aloud to implement this into your life too.
You are completely aloud to say no to things you don't want to do or that don't feel aligned to you. The more you do it the more people will respect that and know that when you are there with them you are there because you want to be not because you have to be.
You are completely aloud to put yourself first. There is a reason why when a plane is crash landing they tell you to put your oxygen mask on first before helps others. If you aren't in a good place or you aren't helping yourself to feel good, how the heck are you going to help anyone or be there for anyone else!?
LETS. START. PRIORITISING. OUR. OWN. MENTAL AND PHYSICAL HEALTH.
