It's okay to take a break. When you're tired you are no where near as likely to get as much work done. Take a break, bake some cupcakes then get back to it and you'll get soo much more down because you are refreshed and ready to go.
Sometimes when a friend or loved one is going through stuff it’s really hard to watch and an automatic response can be to try to fix or save them. But that doesn’t always help them or you.

Okay, if someone asks you “How are you” what is your immediate answer? Can i guess it's somewhere along the lines of “Good thanks.” But how are you really because I genuinely want to know and you deserve to have someone listen.
They say perfect doesn’t exist and maybe that's because being perfect looks different for everyone. But if you don’t suffer with perfectionism and intrusive thoughts from trying to be ‘perfect’. Then you might not know or understand how damaging it can be for some people.
